The Career Services office serves as BCC’s primary point-of-contact for employers seeking to recruit our students from all academic programs. This partnership enables our students and alumni to discover rewarding career opportunities and assists employers in finding qualified candidates.

Posting Jobs

Career Source, BCC's exclusive web-based recruitment portal, provides a means for employers to advertise job postings and company recruitment events at no cost. All active job postings and announcements are accessible to students, alumni, and faculty. In addition, posting jobs in Career Source provides us with the ability to send targeted emails to specific populations, students, alumni, and faculty. Create or log into your Career Source account here.

Posting Internships

If you are interested in posting an internship, please click here or call the Cooperative Education office at 508-678-2811, ext. 2407.

On-Campus Programs and Events

Recruitment Tables

Recruitment tables help employers to establish a visible presence on campus, promote their organization, and screen potential candidates. Space is limited, so employers are encouraged to request tables at least three weeks in advance of their preferred date. With a Career Source account, employers may view upcoming events and self-register. Contact Career Services for more information.

Job Fairs

The annual Spring Job Fair provides an opportunity for employers to meet a diverse pool of candidates seeking opportunities in a broad range of industries. This popular event draws job seekers with a broad range of interests, skills, and experience. Registration typically begins in early February. Please contact Career Services for details.

Resumé Review and Mock Interview Sessions

Employers are invited to meet with BCC students to offer resumé reviews and mock interviews. These brief sessions provide opportunities for students to receive valuable feedback and advice on their résumé writing and interviewing skills directly from industry professionals. In turn, employers can network with students, answer questions about their industry and organization, and potentially shape the course of a student’s career.
