Transition Team

The Transition Team serves as an advisory group that will develop a plan that will help the incoming president develop relationships, understand the college culture, and get to know the greater community. Some of the expected outcomes of the team might include:

  1. Determining key goals and the activities to accomplish those goals.
  2. Identifying ways in which the new president can get to know and build mutual trust with internal (inside the college) and external groups (the Bristol County Community).
  3. Assisting the new president in bringing transparency and open communication to the transition process, as well as understanding expectations for transparency and open communication beyond the transition period.
  4. Gathering key documents and briefings.
  5. Providing an advisory/learning/onboarding support network.
  6. Providing the Board of Trustees and college stakeholders with updates on the progress of the transition.
